Blake's Blooper

This is going to be one of our funniest home video moments :) He was ok :) He actually jumped back up and almost did it again :) You might want to watch/read the post below this one first to know what was going on.

Layla Laughing

This is the video of Layla laughing at Blake. Blake was falling down and rolling around on the bed. He really liked her laughing at him. It is fun to see them start interacting with each other!

Rolly Polly

Adding on to this post: Layla had a doctor appointment today. She weighs 16 lbs 10 oz and is 25.5 inches long. She is the 97% for both of these...big girl :) She had a good laugh with her big brother today. Blake was rolling around on the bed, and she was laughing pretty hard at him. He enjoyed the attention and kept doing it for her and laughing with her. I actually got some of it on tape, so I'll try to put it on the blog.

Layla rolled over for the first time this afternoon. I wanted to jot this down before I forgot. My sister-in-law, Jess, had a good point that this blog is kind of like a journal, so it is good to write updates/milestones of the kiddos along the way. Now if I could just get her to take a bottle. Any tips?

Pretty Ears

I got Layla's ears pierced 3 weeks ago. I kept going back and forth on whether or not I wanted to get them done because I didn't want to hurt her. But, she only cried for about 15 seconds. Then, she was fine and didn't even act they were sore when I cleaned them. They look so adorable!!

Snowboarding

Yeeaahh...I was finally able to go snowboarding for the first time in three years because I've been pregnant for the last two winters. We went with John and Kristin for a night ski and had so much fun. Special thanks to my parents for babysitting and allowing me to escape for a little bit!

Family Visit

Stephanie (Eric's cousin), Travis and their two kids, Olivia and Landen, came to visit us a couple of months ago. We had such a great time with them. Thanks again for coming down you guys!!
